For the past three years, Arlen Hart has worked as the Music Director of groundbreaking Bay Area theater company, PianoFight.  With Pianofight, Arlen scored three full-length plays and numerous short form theater pieces.  

Recently relocated from the Bay Area to New York, he completed 9 shows for Peg Leg Productions Hold Music at The Living Theatre in March 2011.   As the shows Music Director, his score and performance played an integral role, described by NYtheatre.com as, "one of the most engaging and exciting new works of theatre this season."

In addition to his own albums 'New Peace' and 'Forking', Arlen is currently producing music for Cambodian singer Bochan, vaudevillian piano/vocal duo Toby Dick, and has taken on remixes for Swedish producer Adam Tensta, and Interscope recording artist Natalia Kills.  His ambitious new electronica-opera duet called "Robocopera" is also just taking form.

Arlens' music has been licensed for campaigns with DKNY, Heineken and Microsoft, in addition to various short films and trailers.  He has studied with, and absorbed in depth tutelage from ragtime virtuoso Reginald Robinson, and pianist Brian Haas of Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey.
